I thought I posted this somewhere on the forum, but Ive also had problems here.
Since Epic shut down their master browsers for UT and other games, there are plenty of sites who took up the torch.
Edit your UnrealTournament.ini and add 3-5 of the following lines under the [UBrowserAll] section,, replacing what might be there.
I understand that more than 5 servers may cause problems.
